Ty Tabor's new album BALANCE was released today. For those not familiar with him, he is an incredible guitar player/singer/songwriter, mostly known for his work in the band KING'S X. I've lost count how many solo albums he has out, I think this might be number 5 or 6. He also had participated in a number of side projects, including having worked with a member or two of DREAM THEATER.
